Each record matched to a TX registration (1978 to July 2021): registration numbers, dates, claimant names, how the match was made, and a link to the Office's own catalog record so it can be verified. The Claims edition adds the Office's status record for each match: publication status, date and country, scope of rights, authorship statement, work-for-hire flag, previous-registration and bibliographic notes, and whether each claimant is an individual or an organization.
The PDF is stamped with a report ID, the date, the dataset version and the SHA-256 checksums of the source files, and it explains the method and what a line does and does not prove. The result set is frozen at purchase.
The free check runs your name against the same data as the paid report and returns counts only: records by source, distinct titles, registrations matched, editions whose ISBN is in the Books3 ISBN list. Nothing about specific titles is shown until the report is bought, and no book contents are held anywhere — only titles, author fields, years, publishers, ISBNs, file names and public registration data.
Payment is by card through Stripe. After paying you land on a private report page with the CSV and PDF downloads; the link stays valid for 30 days and the receipt e-mail from Stripe carries it too. Reports are prepared by In Lux Research + Analytics.
A LibGen listing is a statement about that catalog on that date, not proof of any particular later use of the file. Books3 lines reflect the dataset's published file list as it circulated. Registration matches made without an ISBN rest on a normalized title plus a surname and should be checked against the linked record. Absence of a match is not evidence of non-registration. Authors are asked, by class-action administrators, agents, publishers and their own lawyers, to show which of their works appeared in the pirate catalogs and training sets at issue in the AI copyright cases. This report gives the list, edition by edition, with the registration status the U.S. cases turn on, in a form you can attach to a claim form or send on.

Possibly. The report lists every record whose author field matches the name you typed; it does not decide which of them are yours. The default "close together" match keeps the parts of your name inside one author name, which removes most co-author list noise. If you publish under a middle name or initial, search that form too — each search is its own report.
It means no record in these datasets carries that name as typed. Try other spellings, your surname alone, or a pen name. Some catalog entries carry no author at all (about 138,000 non-fiction and 40,000 fiction entries, and about 19,000 Books3 files) and cannot be found by name.
